White Star Cottage is situated in what the locals call the "Gucci" end of the village, an exceptionally quiet and smart area. This cottage is without doubt the next generation of self-catering, a little gem.
The cottage opens on to West Street with an easy stroll to the pub, village store, the coastal path and the ferry to Fowey.
Cars can be unloaded within 12 metres of the property.
Outside there is a large private patio, barbeque (not provided), party area, with stunning views over the harbour entrance, ideal for sunbathing and eating alfresco.
The accommodation inside is smart and modern, all on one level with stunning views from all windows.
Two ensuite bedrooms with new luxury bathrooms. One with a double bed the other with a double bed plus a single bed, this room has French doors opening onto the patio.
Colour televisions in all rooms.
There is an open plan living and cooking area with beautiful natural light pouring in from full length windows which open out onto the patio.
Well and comfortably furnished with a Danish wood burner, a Colour TV with Freeview, an excellent kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and electric cooker. There is a washing machine and separate dryer in one of the bathrooms.
Heating is provided by the wood-burner and an electric under-floor system. It's warm and cosy all year round.
Bed linen provided and beds made, towels and electricity all included.
Property serviced, Friday morning changeover.
The property will be available from 4pm on day of arrival. To be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

There is no smoking in this property.
Parking for one car in our private garage located approx 100 metres away is included.
A well- behaved dog is allowed by prior arrangement for a small additional fee.
