White Star Cottage is situated in what the locals call the "Gucci" end of the village.an exceptionally quiet and smart area. This cottage is without doubt the next generation of self catering, a little gem.
The cottage opens on to West Street with an easy stroll to the Pub, the store, the coastal path and the Ferry to Fowey.
Cars can be unloaded within 12 metres and parking is at the top of the hill about 400 metres away.
Outside there is a large private patio, barbeque party area. Inside very smart modern accomodations, all on one level with stunning views from all windows.
Two en suite bedrooms with shower baths, loo and basin. One with a King-size bed the other with a King-size bed plus a single bed,this room has french doors opening onto the patio. A feel of oak with neutral colours.
Colour televisions in all rooms.
There is an open plan living and cooking area beautifully lit from full length windows which open onto the patio.
Well and comfortably furnished with a Danish wood burner, a Colour TV with Freeview ,a DVD, an excellent kitchen area with dishwasher,fridge freezer, microwave and electric cooker. A washing machine and seperate dryer are available in one of the bathrooms.
Heating is provided by the wood-burner or the under-floor system. Its warm and cosy all year round.
Bed linen, towels and electricity are all included in the rent.
Property serviced, Friday morning changeover.
The property will be available from 3pm on day of arrival. To be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.

Please note Polruan is built on the side of a hill and may not be suitable for wheel chair users.
